OUR PROCESS
AVZ, Benefit Solutions researches, advises, and services individuals, families, and businesses on ways to provide peace-of-mind coverage and/or financial protection planning. Through our six-step process, we will explore the options currently available and build a custom benefits portfolio plan designed for an individual's, family's or business' unique situation.
1. IDENTIFY
For Individuals - We discover your needs in life and identify your future goals. We also explore and discuss uncommon financial strategies that fit your unique situation.
For Employers – We discover the company needs and challenges in growth and employee retention while identifying its goals. We also explore and discuss unique benefit strategies that leverage products to work best for the needs and budgets of the employee and company bottom line.
2. DESIGN
For Individuals – With Wealth Management, from our findings, our wealth design team will craft a customized wealth plan for you and your family, titled Wealth Report, outlining areas for improvements and tax diversification options. With Insurance, a product analysis is generated to evaluate financials during typical and worse-case scenarios accompanied with product brochures.
For Employers – Our benefits analysis team will research and compare insurance carriers and their group products based on parameters provided to generate a Group Benefits Proposal to present, evaluate, and discuss with company decision makers until satisfaction is met.
3. DEVELOP
For Individuals – After the detailed consultation, whether Wealth Management or Insurance Analysis, there may be an area that needs more time to fully comprehend to assure your certainty and confidence with the customized plan. This also allows for any adjustments to be made, if necessary.
For Employers - After the detailed presentation of the Group Benefits Proposal, there may be an area that needs more time to fully comprehend to assure your certainty and confidence with the customized plan. This also allows for any adjustments to be made, if necessary.
4. IMPLEMENT
For Individuals – Once your confirmation and signature is in place, a thorough review is conducted with our back office. Then all medical exams, insurance contracts, redirecting activities, and other necessary steps are completed to set your wealth plan (or insurance plan) into action.
For Employers – Once decision makers confirm and sign the appropriate documents, our team collaborates with your officers and locations to coordinate all the necessary steps, tools, and resources to execute a successful Open Enrollment.
5. SERVICE
For Individuals – Throughout the year, your insurance advisor and back-office team will be available via client email campaigns and phone to answer questions or concerns you may have regarding your plan(s) while also assisting with claims, if necessary.
For Employers – Throughout the year, your insurance advisor and back-office team will be available via client email campaigns and phone to answer questions or concerns you may have regarding your Group Benefit Plan(s) and HRIS tools while also assisting with employee-member claims, when needed.
6. REVIEW
For Individuals – On your anniversary date (date policy became effective), we will schedule an annual review to go over your plan; making sure you are on pace with the goals we established in prior discussions. This meeting is also meant to assess your current situation to see if anything has changed.
For Employers – Several months prior to your company’s anniversary date, we will schedule an annual review to go over your benefits portfolio; evaluating participation, utilization, claims and experiences to assess what needs to change if necessary.
